Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing art.  While promoting deep relaxation, Reiki works to heal body, mind, and spirit.  This class will cover the history of Reiki, sacred attunement ceremony, application and use of Reiki energy, as well as ample time to practice Reiki on yourself and others.  At class end, you will be fully trained to do Reiki on yourself, others, plants and animals.  A Reiki I notebook is included as part of this class, and a  Reiki I certificate will be awarded at the completion of the class.

Annie Rodgers is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher receiving her Master certification in 2004. Annie teaches all levels of Reiki, and she has a private practice which includes incorporating Reiki as a complement to conventional western medicine.  She also integrates her healing skills with her work as part of the healing/lay visitor ministries at St. Stephens.
